Account The minimum age is 18 years. This is a hard rule — no exceptions. We verify date of birth as part of our KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and any balance is returned via the original deposit method. If you are aware of a minor using the platform, please report it to support@roulette-jit.net.

Account No — strictly one account per player. Creating multiple accounts to claim extra bonuses or exploit referral rewards is prohibited and results in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password reset on the Login page or contact support — do not create a new account.

Account Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page and enter your registered mobile number or email. We will send a reset code via SMS or email. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact support@roulette-jit.net with your full name and we will guide you through identity-verified account recovery.

Account CNIC is not required at the point of registration. You can register, deposit, play roulette and build a balance without submitting documents. However, identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. The process is straightforward and is completed entirely online.

Security After logging in, go to Account Settings and select Security. Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. Confirm your registered Pakistani mobile number — a 6-digit SMS code will be sent to verify it. Once enabled, every login from a new device requires this code in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on any account with a real PKR balance.

Account Email support@roulette-jit.net with the subject "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Withdraw any remaining PKR balance before requesting closure. Once the account is closed, your login credentials are disabled and all data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deposits The minimum deposit is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit stated — contact support if you are depositing a very large amount and want to confirm the process in advance.

Cricket Yes — you can combine multiple cricket selections into an accumulator (parlay) to multiply your potential payout. Add selections to your bet slip and the system automatically calculates the combined odds and potential return in PKR. All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), that leg is typically removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at updated odds.

Cricket We use decimal odds format. To calculate your potential return: multiply your PKR stake by the decimal odds. For example, if odds are 2.50 and you bet Rs 1,000, your total return (stake + profit) is Rs 2,500 — a profit of Rs 1,500. Odds of 1.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 1,500 (Rs 500 profit). Odds of 1.00 represent an even-money bet. Higher odds mean lower probability but bigger potential returns.

Slots RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total bets a slot machine returns to players over millions of spins. A slot with 96% RTP returns Rs 96 for every Rs 100 wagered on average over a very long period.
